the boathouse restaurant These volunteers were raising money for Starlight Day (Friday 6 May), the biggest day of the year for the Starlight Children’s Foundation. For 28 years, Starlight has been putting smiles on the faces of seriously ill children through their Starlight Express Rooms in hospitals across the country and by granting the wishes of these children (506 were granted in 2015 alone!), providing well needed moments of fun, joy and laughter.
