best makeup foundation Installed at three of Melbourne’s busiest stations, the panels will capture people waiting for public transport or walking by via motion detectors.  They will then be asked by ‘Anne’ (an elderly Parkinson’s sufferer who is featured on the panels) if they’d like to dance.  Once people move in front of the screen, Anne will begin to dance.  After a short time, she thanks the passer-by and information about La Trobe’s research appears on-screen.
